Wait for 15mins Message says will call back. Great. BUT all appointments gone when surgery ring back. Try again. Same again. How do you get appointment, why has this changed?? Totally unacceptable

Impossible question! More appointments, more opening hours, nurse practitioners with dedicated phone lines
